American Youth Football (AYF) is a 501(c) (3) non-profit corporation that provides support services, scholarships, grants, community programs and tournaments to member organizations who service over one million members in 50 states and several countries worldwide. AYF pioneered the concept of age based divisions, conference all-stars and national all-stars, enabling every child an opportunity to participate in football and cheer.

DOMINIC "DJ" JONES
Dominic Jones is stepping into his second year as the Ohio Director for American Youth Football (AYF) with enthusiasm and a vision for growth. With five years of dedicated involvement in AYF, Dominic has become a cornerstone of the organization, leveraging his leadership and passion for youth development to elevate the program. Under his guidance, AYF in Ohio has expanded its reach and fostered a culture of excellence, sportsmanship, and community engagement. As he embarks on this next chapter, Dominic is committed to creating more opportunities for young athletes, enhancing the quality of the program, and building lasting partnerships that empower the next generation of football players and leaders.
Amy shumaker
We are excited to welcome Amy Shumaker to the team as she embarks on her first year with AYF as our new Director of Compliance. Amy brings extensive experience in youth sports management and a proven track record of developing effective policies and procedures that support organizational goals. Her dedication to aligning operations with our mission will be invaluable as we continue to grow and positively impact young athletes. We look forward to seeing her expertise in action!
